Far too often it's easy to retreat by escaping behind the wall and parapet into the the fortress library to study, debate, speak, and pray exclusively. All the while the siege towers, ladders, and catapults come closer to invading the abandoned posts.

Looking forward to the encouragement and insight in how I can be a better ambassador in the Great White North behind enemy lines

Or possibly focusing on a topic or theme that Dr. Edwards is familiar with and feels he can make a measurable contribution towards. Conversely, if he attempted to branch out and make go of encouraging women as they go through say Menopause by relying on God's sufficiency of grace with generic application points. It may stop the Reformation he's calling for in its tracks. It would lake power, understanding, and impact. This is a long winded way of saying focus on the transferable when they can be gleaned and add to understanding when masculinity themes are the emphasis.
