Sorry to get down to what I believe are the basics. Jesus was born to a virgin, lived a sin free life as a human being, preached and performed miracles, died on the cross was buried and rose on the third day and now intercedes for us in Heaven.

We should tell the people that we meet what he has done for us and how we know his faithfulness in our own lives because we have tested it. We Christians should be the most charismatic people on Earth because the god we worship is Charismata incarnate. The apostles were weak men until the Holy Spirit gave them power to do the works of Jesus. I think it would help all Christians to read the book by Dallas Willard 'The Divine Conspiracy' which if taken seriously can transform the World.

I have been one who was timid to tell anyone that I am a Christian but when I think about what he has done for me I realise that whatever question you have , Christ is the answer. As it says in the scriptures 'taste the Lord and see that he is good'. I love God because he first loved me!!! Hallelujah.

Amen, as some of those apostles once said: "we cannot stop speaking about what we have seen and heard" (Acts 4:20)

Glad that this podcast was published here. I had started listening to it on YouTube, but then was taken down 10mins into me listening to it. I have gained from this discussion, helping me sharpen my own thoughts and stance on these issues. Ultimately it's about Christ's glory and His reign, through the lives of His people, bringing all things under His feet. In His strength, we must stand against anything that opposes the reign of Christ our King and His word.

Amen, thanks Henry. I'm so glad it's resonating. These are such important issues, and too few Christians are aware. I expect they will have no choice but become aware of them at some point.

(Sorry about the Youtube thing. We had a terrible version of the audio up with all sorts of echoing from about halfway through, so had to take it down. There was a chance the episode would be lost [again!] but I painstakingly managed to restitch some of it back, even if far from perfectly!)
